Ari and Lexi founded Hotel Earth 360° in September 2022. The two girls have been friends since college, both having focused their studies in Environmental Science and Environmental Policy, respectively. After working in the industry post-university, the pair quickly realized there was a great disparity between people and the environment. They continued to note similar breaches with other societal subjects, too, and hence Hotel Earth 360° was born. In efforts to bridge the gap between general knowledge and real-life application of the many concepts revolving the climate, society, and culture, Hotel Earth 360° offers a full scope of perspectives to help push these conversations forward.

The girls fuel their passion about making these conversations more accessible and digestible through Hotel Earth 360°. Business partners through passion, but best friends above all. We believe the love of the friendship is what truly keeps Hotel Earth 360° going.

Two girls who share a love of learning, the pair are continuously challenging themselves in new and creative ways. Ari relocated to Florence, Italy in 2021 to expand her global perspective, learn Italian, and inhale some pasta on the daily. Lexi is now living in San Francisco, CA pursuing a law degree and preparing to take over the world. Fun fact: when asked where she see’s herself in 10 years, Lexi’s response was “In a position of power.” So, you go figure…
